- An ambitious self-starter, Jenn joined the Dandelion team as employee number one in January 2018. Working through the challenges of building and growing a net new company from the ground up, guiding that same young company through a pandemic, and successfully navigating an acquisition, Jenn earned the role of President at Dandelion. With decades of media experience in the Toronto market, Jenn has spent considerable time at both independent full service agencies and global media agencies. Jenn is a staunch supporter of digital media buying platforms being accessible, comprehensible and transparent for all users. When she’s not focused on work, Jenn also shares her time with her community, volunteering as the Director of Events for South Muskoka Breakers Basketball and the Chairperson of the Board for Muskoka Arts & Crafts.

- Meet Aleksandra, our VP of Partnerships & Platforms Operations. Aleks has 10+ years of experience in digital media and has been on both publisher and agency sides of the ecosystem before joining Dandelion where she gets to lead a team of wildly talented strategists and partner with clients to help solve all sorts of problems. Her free time is occupied by falling into rabbit holes and becoming obsessed with new, random topics. Currently watercolor painting tops that list. Looking forward to 2022 her only New Year’s resolution is to set an out of office where her vacation doesn’t involve the couch.

- Marc is Dandelion’s go-to person for everything Google Analytics. Joining Dandelion in 2021; he has 10+ years of experience in digital analytics, working with many of the largest brands in the country. Marc is passionate about data visualization and storytelling. He has been an active contributor to the Google Data Studio community. You can find his work featured in the Data Studio Report Gallery. When he’s not playing with data, Marc enjoys spending his time playing music. He is an accomplished pianist, has performed in several bands and choirs, and for the past few years has been learning to play the pipe organ.

- Meet Michael Healey, VP, Sales & Client Success. Experienced in sales, operations, and media strategy leadership roles; Mike began in the industry back in 2005 where he worked with a variety of clients from SMB to Enterprise. Often referred to as ‘the nicest guy you’ll ever meet’, Mike is a true leader who has spent 6 years in his previous role leading a team of digital marketing subject matter experts, focusing on coaching and training in sales and customer service. In his spare time, Mike can be found coaching and training his Bordoodle (Border Collie/Poodle) puppy, and spending quality time with his wife and his two children. He claims to own several guitars and has musical talents, but we have yet to hear him bust any out in the office – perhaps time will tell.

Here are a few fun facts you may not know about Alejandro: His first name is actually William, but he prefers to go by Alejandro (his middle name), He’s is fluent in Spanish, and He loves to dance — his favourite is salsa!

When she’s not embarking on delicious ice cream adventures, Angie can be found in the gym practicing Olympic Weightlifting. A self-proclaimed “Disney Adult”, Jinzi has been to Disney World four times over the past two years. Based out of Toronto, Joshua enjoys the rich culture, history, and fast pace life of the city, and is always on the lookout for other volleyball lovers to scrimmage with!

Melissa is an ambitious individual with a small business side hustle. She loves to bake and creates custom cakes and sugar cookies for weddings, special events, and holidays. Oh did we also mention that she enjoys baking cheesecakes and salted caramel chocolate chip cookies? Feel free to hook us up in the office anytime, Melissa. - Born and brought up in Dubai, Narmeen moved to Canada at the young age of twelve, living in both Toronto and Fort McMurray, before moving to Edmonton! Though she’s always had a knack for all things visual, it wasn’t until she began pursuing a degree in Biological Sciences that she realized her love for all things social media and design. In her time freelancing, Narmeen worked as a consultant, creating social media content, print and digital collateral for local businesses and charities. Given her passion for both social media and volunteering, it wasn’t long before she took up a position as a social media coordinator for the international Mosquers Film Festival, where she’s now in her 6th year as the Marketing Director! A natural adventurer, Narmeen is always the first to try out new halal restaurants in the city, and is constantly planning her next concert destination. She also happens to be a chai connoisseur, and makes a killer latte. She must’ve had a lot of practice – if you don’t succeed at first, chai again, right?

When she’s not busy helping out our client, Taylor enjoys traveling and seeing concerts in the city. A self-affirmed film buff, Taylor can be found watching movies (especially horror films), or reading a book. Two of her recent favourites are Cloud Cuckoo Land and Pachinko.
